- 200g linguine
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the sriracha sauce, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well to coat the prawns evenly.
- Combine the cooked linguine with the prawn mixture in the skillet. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with fresh cilantro. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of sriracha. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
