Description

A vibrant dish combining succulent prawns, zesty lime, and spicy sriracha, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g linguine
  • 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sriracha sauce, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well to coat the prawns evenly.
  5. Combine the cooked linguine with the prawn mixture in the skillet. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh cilantro. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of sriracha. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
