- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until just melted. Stir in the sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the butter mixture until combined and glossy.
- Fold the chopped strawberries gently into the batter, then pour it into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking at 20 minutes for doneness.
- While the brownies cool, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled brownies after 15 minutes, then let it set before cutting.
Notes
For best results, use firm, ripe strawberries and avoid overmixing the batter. Check brownies for doneness early to keep them fudgy.
