Description

A sweet and creamy breakfast treat that layers a buttery graham cracker crust with a silky cream cheese filling and bright, juicy strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form an even crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes until set and fragrant. Remove from oven and let the crust cool completely on a wire rack.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is light and well blended.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer and dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
  4. Refrigerate the assembled dish for at least 2 hours to firm up the filling and let the flavors meld. After chilling, slice into portions and serve chilled.

Notes

For a grab-and-go breakfast, cut into bars and wrap individually. Use fresh strawberries as a topping just before serving to prevent sogginess.
