A refreshing and colorful salad combining strawberries, marshmallows, and crunchy crackers, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

- In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in hot water. Stir until fully dissolved, then allow it to cool slightly.
- Fold the gelatin mixture into the berries, gently stirring to combine.
- Add the miniature marshmallows, whipped topping, chopped nuts (if using), and the crushed crackers to the strawberry mixture. Gently mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow it to set.
