  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped (for toppings)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Then, stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree until fully combined.
  3. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
  4. Distribute the batter evenly into the cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before topping.
