Description

A delightful dessert combining layers of graham crackers, rich vanilla pudding, luscious whipped topping, and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (11 ounces) graham crackers
  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding by whisking together the pudding mixes and milk in a large bowl until smooth. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until light and airy.
  2. Layer 1/3 of the graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish, then spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  3. Add half of the sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
  4. Repeat the layers: graham crackers, pudding mixture, and remaining strawberries.
  5. Finish with another layer of graham crackers on top. Melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a small saucepan and pour over the top layer.
  6. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set and meld the flavors.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat milk. Try different fruits for variation.
