- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to fit your tart pan.
- Transfer the pastry to the pan and trim the edges, leaving a little overhang.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries, crumbled feta, thyme, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
