A vibrant and refreshing beverage combining sweet strawberries and tart kiwi, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, kiwi fruits, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix the fruit puree with 4 cups of water. Stir well to combine.
  3. Adjust sweetness by tasting the lemonade and adding more sugar if desired, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the lemonade over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
