Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients: rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
- Fold in half of the chopped strawberries into the oats mixture.
- Pour the oat mixture into a jar or bowl and layer the remaining chopped strawberries on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Take your oats out of the fridge, stir again, and enjoy!
