Description

A delightful and healthy breakfast option that combines oats, fresh strawberries, and creamy yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients: rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Fold in half of the chopped strawberries into the oats mixture.
  4. Pour the oat mixture into a jar or bowl and layer the remaining chopped strawberries on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Take your oats out of the fridge, stir again, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
