Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix and strawberry purée until well blended.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined, maintaining a light and airy texture.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated, and return them to the baking sheet.
  8. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle decorations on top for a fun and colorful finish.
  9. Refrigerate the truffles until they are firm, then serve and enjoy!
