- Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined, maintaining a light and airy texture.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated, and return them to the baking sheet.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle decorations on top for a fun and colorful finish.
- Refrigerate the truffles until they are firm, then serve and enjoy!
