  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, until well combined.
  4. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually blend into the wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and centers are slightly soft.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
