Ingredients

  • 1 large sub roll
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup deli meats (ham, turkey, salami)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the sub roll in half lengthwise.
  2. In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and olives. Toss gently.
  3. Layer deli meats and cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
  4. Top with the salad mixture, drizzle with dressing, and season with salt and pepper. Close the sandwich and slice in half.

Notes
