Instructions
- Cut the sub roll in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and olives. Toss gently.
- Layer deli meats and cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
- Top with the salad mixture, drizzle with dressing, and season with salt and pepper. Close the sandwich and slice in half.
