- 8 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Gently place the goat cheese in a clean container and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, remove the cheese from the fridge, slice or crumble it, and serve with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.
Notes
For best results, use fresh goat cheese. This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
