Description

Delightful meatballs combining rich beef flavors with tangy pineapple and sweet sauce, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, combine pineapple chunks, chopped bell pepper, and sweet and sour sauce. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
