Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- In a separate pan, combine pineapple chunks, chopped bell pepper, and sweet and sour sauce. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Notes
Great for meal prep and leftovers. Serve over steamed rice or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
