Description

Crispy sweet potato fries with a tangy, spicy mayo dip, perfect for snacks or game-day munching.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin fries.
  2. Toss fries in a large bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While fries bake, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to make the dipping sauce.
  5. Serve fries hot with the sauce on the side.

Notes

For extra crispness, pat sweet potatoes dry before tossing and avoid crowding on the baking sheet.
