- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups green salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, and sautéed onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Soften the corn tortillas by placing them in a pan over low heat or microwaving until pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour green salsa over the rolled tortillas, ensuring they are well coated.
- Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot, optionally garnishing with fresh cilantro.
Notes
To prevent tortillas from cracking, ensure they are sufficiently soft. For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed beans or vegetables.
