Instructions

  1. Begin by thawing your turkey in the refrigerator for several days prior to cooking. This is crucial to ensure a safe and even cooking process. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped fresh herbs. Pat the turkey dry and rub the herb butter mixture under the skin and all over the outside.
