Ingredients
- Baguette or Italian bread
- Fresh tomatoes
- Garlic
- Fresh basil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Mince the garlic and add it to the tomatoes. Chop the basil and mix it in.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine.
- Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
