Description

A slice of warm sourdough topped with creamy burrata and juicy cherry tomatoes, this toast is a summer delight that comes together in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • Fresh burrata cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of sourdough bread until golden brown.
  2. While the bread is toasting, halve the cherry tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Once the toast is ready, place a generous amount of burrata on top of each slice. Add the seasoned cherry tomatoes on top of the burrata.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired. Serve immediately.
