Ingredients
- Sourdough bread
- Fresh burrata cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the slices of sourdough bread until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, halve the cherry tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Once the toast is ready, place a generous amount of burrata on top of each slice. Add the seasoned cherry tomatoes on top of the burrata.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired. Serve immediately.

For best results, use thick-cut sourdough and allow burrata to sit at room temperature before serving.
