Description

A delightful twist on the classic Caprese salad, combining juicy peaches, fresh mozzarella, and ripe tomatoes for a refreshing appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Ripe tomatoes
  • Peaches
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the ripe tomatoes and peaches into thin slices.
  2. On a serving platter, alternate layers of tomato slices, peach slices, and mozzarella slices.
  3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the layers.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
