Description
A delightful and refreshing dessert featuring strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry ice cream layered within a crunchy graham cracker base.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pint strawberry ice cream
- 1 pint blueberry ice cream
- 1 pint raspberry ice cream
- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, allowing the wrap to hang over the edges.
- Spread a layer of strawberry ice cream in the bottom of the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the surface and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Add a layer of graham crackers over the strawberry ice cream, breaking them to fit snugly.
- Spread a layer of blueberry ice cream on top of the graham crackers, smooth it out, and freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top, then spread raspberry ice cream to finish. Cover and freeze until firm.
- Remove the cake from the freezer, lift it out using the plastic wrap, and garnish with whipped cream and fresh berries. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Softening the ice cream before spreading will make it easier to layer. You can substitute graham crackers with chocolate cookies or non-dairy ice creams for variations.
