- 1 bag of microwave popcorn
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of heart-shaped sprinkles
- 1/2 cup of red and pink M&M’s
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Pop the microwave popcorn according to package instructions and place it in a large bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels. Preheat a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to thin out the chocolate if needed. Stir until glossy and pourable.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and toss to combine evenly. Work quickly so the chocolate coats the popcorn before it sets.
- Immediately add the heart-shaped sprinkles and M&M’s to the popcorn, mixing gently. Spread the popcorn mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let it cool completely before serving so the chocolate hardens and the pieces stay separate.
