White Chocolate Cranberry Blondies

Delicious and chewy blondies with rich white chocolate and tart cranberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the blondies cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
