- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Brush reserved marinade on the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking for added flavor. Let rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with chopped green onions.
