- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
