Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat along with the diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic until fully cooked.
- Stir in the canned diced tomatoes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Add in the milk and melted butter, stirring until just combined.
