Description

Delicious sliders combining tender chicken, sautéed veggies, and gooey provolone cheese, perfect for lunch or game day snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Optional toppings: mayonnaise, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Include sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted. Assemble sliders with the chicken mixture on slider buns. Serve warm with optional toppings.
