- 1 pound cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slider buns
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheddar until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns, then place the top halves of the buns on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through. Remove the foil, sprinkle with green onions, and bake an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with ranch or barbecue sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
