Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Stir in the dried cranberries and the zest of one orange.
- Whisk together the heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.

- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently, patting it into a 1-inch thick circle.
- Cut into wedges and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
