- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add diced chicken, and cook until no longer pink.
- Add shrimp and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until shrimp are pink.
- Reduce heat, pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stir until creamy, then add pasta and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
