Description

A comforting and creamy pasta dish blending tender chicken, juicy shrimp, and al dente penne in a rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add diced chicken, and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add shrimp and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Reduce heat, pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stir until creamy, then add pasta and toss to coat.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
