Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Mini chocolate eggs or other Easter candies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and mix well.
  5. In small jars or cups, layer the graham cracker mixture, followed by the cheesecake filling.
  6. Repeat the layers until the jars are filled.
  7. Top each jar with mini chocolate eggs or other candies.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to firm up.

Notes
