Description

A delightful frozen drink combining sweet watermelon, refreshing mint, and a zing of lime, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon chunks, frozen
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup rum (optional)
  • 1/2 cup soda water or club soda

Instructions

  3. If desired, add the rum and blend again to combine.
