Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • Hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix the cooked ground beef or chicken with taco seasoning, rice, and refried beans.
  3. Layer the meat mixture, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream on a tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then fold the tortilla around the filling to form a burrito. Grill until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve warm with hot sauce.

Notes

Use a mix of cheeses for enhanced flavor. You can brush the outside of the burrito with butter for extra crispiness.
