Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1 lb ground beef or chicken
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups lettuce
- Hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix the cooked ground beef or chicken with taco seasoning, rice, and refried beans.
- Layer the meat mixture, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream on a tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then fold the tortilla around the filling to form a burrito. Grill until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with hot sauce.
Notes
Use a mix of cheeses for enhanced flavor. You can brush the outside of the burrito with butter for extra crispiness.
