Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  3. Add the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well until thoroughly combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans if using.
