- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

Instructions
- Mix the flour, salt, and yeast together in a large bowl.
- Add the water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
- Let it rest for about 1-2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
- Transfer the dough to the hot Dutch oven, cover it with a lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
