- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken, salt, and pepper, and cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce. Pour over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Add cooked macaroni to the pan with the chicken.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
This dish can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream if too thick.
