Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine softened cream cheese, lemon juice, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, forming a crescent shape and ensuring they are tightly rolled.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
