Description

A comforting mashup of rich Alfredo, seasoned beef, and crispy bacon, delivering bold burger flavors in a pasta dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside. Mince garlic, dice tomatoes, pickles, and green onions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set on paper towels, leaving 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, leaving some for flavor. Add garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan, stirring until smooth and thickened. Toss in cooked fettuccine to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve topped with crispy bacon, diced tomatoes, pickles, and green onions. Add black pepper to taste.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute with half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
