Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside. Mince garlic, dice tomatoes, pickles, and green onions.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set on paper towels, leaving 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan.

- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan, stirring until smooth and thickened. Toss in cooked fettuccine to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve topped with crispy bacon, diced tomatoes, pickles, and green onions. Add black pepper to taste.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute with half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
