Ingredients

- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin pan.
- Combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter evenly into each muffin cup, filling them halfway. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream until creamy. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts, then Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set. Allow to cool, then Add whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Add whipped cream just before serving.
