A savory, spicy dip inspired by Nashville’s famous hot chicken, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, shredded cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
