- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs until well combined.
