Description

A delightful no-bake cheesecake combining creamy decadence with crunchy Snickers and pink M&M’s, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 23 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1 cup pink M&M’s, divided
  • Chocolate syrup (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in chopped Snickers and half of the pink M&M’s, then pour the filling over the crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Decorate with remaining pink M&M’s and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Feel free to substitute different candies for a fun twist.
