  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the pumpkins and scoop out the seeds.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, diced pepperoni, chopped bell peppers, sliced olives, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fill each pumpkin with the pizza mixture, ensuring they are packed.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the tops, place in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes for a golden finish.
  5. Let the pumpkins cool for a few minutes before serving.
