Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them adequately. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
