Description

Juicy and flavorful chicken meatballs coated in a sticky BBQ glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners or party appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until uniform.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet. Mix BBQ sauce and honey, brush half over the meatballs, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from oven, brush with remaining BBQ sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, drizzled with extra BBQ sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
