Juicy and flavorful chicken meatballs coated in a sticky BBQ glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners or party appetizers.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until uniform.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet. Mix BBQ sauce and honey, brush half over the meatballs, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven, brush with remaining BBQ sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve hot, drizzled with extra BBQ sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
