- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Once the vegetables are tender, add the shredded chicken to the skillet, along with the sauce mixture. Stir to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well until evenly coated with the delicious sauce. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
