Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares. In a bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  3. Place a spoonful of the strawberry mixture in the center of each square. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Brush tops with the beaten egg. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
