Description
These strawberry white chocolate bars are soft and buttery, studded with sweet white chocolate and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Mix together the melted white chocolate and butter with the sugar in a large bowl, then add the eggs and vanilla.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish and layer the sliced strawberries on top.
- Pour the remaining batter over the strawberries to cover.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
Notes
For best results, use fully ripe strawberries and avoid over-baking for a tender texture.
