Instructions
- Begin by washing the jalapeños and removing the stems. For less heat, remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a blender, combine the jalapeños, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, salt, sugar, and cumin if using.
- Blend until smooth. Then, pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let the sauce cool before transferring it to a bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month. Enjoy!
