Description

An irresistible dish that combines tender chicken breasts with a crunchy, cheesy coating, all drizzled with a rich and creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off. Coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to stick.
  4. Heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the breaded chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, add Italian seasoning, and stir to combine. Simmer until thickened, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve hot chicken breasts topped with creamy garlic sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes

Serve with side of pasta, steamed vegetables, or a crisp salad. Pair with white wine for a lovely dinner experience.
